The third annual Fabulous Food Show, presented by Time Warner Cable, will be held November 14-16, 2008 at the I-X Center. Enjoy a mix of new ingredients including the key ones:
Back by popular demand, Smithfield presents Paula Deen, brought to you by Land O'Lakes, who will be at the show for the second time, and this year will be accompanied by her son Bobby and husband Michael.
Cleveland’s own Michael Symon, who will also emcee the first ever Sub-Zero/Wolf Cleveland's Best Sous-Chef Competition, Food Network’s Guy Fieri of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and Curtis Stone of the hit series Take Home Chef on TLC.

Popular celebrity chefs, including everyone’s favorite, Paula Deen, who will have one show on Friday and one on Saturday, along with Bobby Deen, Guy Fieri, Curtis Stone and Michael Symon will all take the stage throughout the weekend as well. Come experience these live daily demonstrations with emcee Chef Jason Roberts, coming all the way from New Zealand, in the Main Kitchen Theatre.
This 2,500 seat theatre allows patrons to experience numerous daily demonstrations filled with tons of cooking tips and high-action presentations. Also new to the Main Kitchen Theatre is the inaugural Sub-Zero/Wolf Best Sous-Chef competition. Come root on your favorite restaurant as the two sous-chef finalists go head to head for this distinguished title.
Stop over to the Celebrity Autograph Pavilion and get their autograph! The I-X Center will have an even larger Book Store this year with celebrity chef books for sale.
The Culinary Celebration Theatre presented by Giant Eagle, a 400 seat theatre, will feature tons of NEW talent. This year, two of the top chefs in New York City will share their culinary secrets.
Andrew Carmellini, originally from Seven Hills, will be at the show on Friday. Carmellini was named Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine in 2000 and won the Best Chef in New York City in 2002 and 2004. Aaron Sanchez is executive chef and co-owner of Centrico, and chef and owner of the trendy Paladar, two restaurants located in Manhattan. Paladar was voted Best Latin American restaurant by Time Out New York.
Also come see Hayden Wood, aka Woody, from Sydney Australia, a world flair bartending champion, as he demonstrates to all the DIY home cocktail enthusiasts that no drink is too complex, too expensive or time consuming. Many other top-ranked culinary professionals from Cleveland and around the country will be showcasing their talents in 30-minute demonstrations in the Culinary Celebration Theatre.
Did you ever wonder how some of your favorite local dishes are prepared? Stop by the Our Ohio Taste of the Neighborhood Stage featuring the culinary exploits of Cleveland’s top chefs including Rocco Whelan of Fahrenheit and Dante Boccuzzi of Dante.
Don’t miss the Chocolate Bar, a dessert pavilion filled with three chocolate fountains, sweet and savory crepes, cakes and assorted cookies. You will also enjoy live demonstrations from bakers and chocolatiers teaching you how to make delicious holiday treats. This is truly a slice of heaven for all chocolate lovers!
The Cleveland Wine School will assemble more than 300 wines and plenty of spirits and specialty beers for sampling in the Grand Tasting Pavilion and conduct informative daily seminars in the Wine Theatre. Stop by to see the Bubble Lounge, which is even bigger and better than last year!
The Shop and Drop Area, a FREE, convenient, secured, area allows patrons to enjoy the event "hands free" but ensures that you won't go home empty handed.
