Fiesta Corn Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum packed whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Durkee crushed oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Durkee ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Durkee garlic salt

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Chill a minimum of one hour.
