Slow Cooked Chicken Tacos recipeIngredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ounce black beans rinsed and drained
- 16 ounce kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 16 ounces whole kernel corn rinsed and drained
- 9 ounces condenses tomato soup
- 30 ounce can of diced tomatoes (using can with chilies or spice is optional)
- 1 Durkee ®Taco seasoning packet
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients including chicken
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 8 hours (or high for about 4 hours)
- remove the chicken and shred it using two forks
- Add the chicken back in and continue to cook for about 45 minutes
- Maybe served in taco shell or with tortilla chips.
- Add cheese, diced black olives, sour cream or chopped green onions if desired
