    Beer Battered Fish 
     
	Ingredients:
  
	
- 1 pound fish fillets	
 - ½ cup buttermilk
 - ¾ cups flour					
 - 	¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons beer
 - ½ cup Bisquick		
 - 			pinch salt
	
  	
 
Instructions: 
- In mixing bowl combine flour and Bisquick.  
 - Add beer to make a batter of coating consistency. 
 -  Pat fish dry before placing in batter.  Fry in hot oil (360 degrees) 
until golden brown.
 -  Batter may also be used to coat vegetables for deep frying.
