Roast Beast

Ingredients:

• 1 square beef roast ( 6-7 lbs. )
• 8 ounces of mushrooms
• 2 white potatoes
• 4 carrots
• 2 Tbs. Parsley
• 1 package French Onion soup
• 1 cup water

• Place beef roast in slow cooker. (If you prefer cook 12 hours at 250 degrees, add water as needed to prevent drying)
• Add vegetables and French onion soup.
• Cook all day (minimum 8 hours) - will be fork tender when done.
