Garlic Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 16 oz chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 TBS. butter
Instructions:
- Melt butter in soup pot.
- Add garlic and sauté until lightly browned
- Add chicken stock
- Heat, bit do not boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with croutons
