Asiago Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 ˝ cup Asiago cheese shredded
- ˝ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Mix together and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- I use Triscuits® and pumpernickel sticks (or sometimes bagel chips) to dip in it.
