Fiesta Corn Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum packed whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Durkee crushed oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Durkee ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Durkee garlic salt
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill a minimum of one hour.
