Durkee's Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans (15 oz.) drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced and drained (15 oz. can)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ tsp Durkee granulated Garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Durkee Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Durkee Cilantro
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Durkee Ground Ancho Chile Pepper OR
  • 1 tsp. Durkee Ground Chipolte Chile Pepper OR
  • 2 tsp. Durkee Ground Pasilla Chile Pepper

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Chill.
  • Serve atop Latin entrées or with chips.
