Hello! It's Bridget your friendly Pastry Chef. Let's start out by making an All Occasion Cake.
I'm going to let you make any kind of layer cake you want, and we'll go from there. If you have questions about making the cake or the frosting, just email me and I'll help you out.
Right now, what you need to do is get your tools together. Here's what you'll need:
- Your baked cake layers
- Frosting and filling
- Pastry bag and open and star tips
- Frosting dyes
- Slicing knife
- Cake pans.
Any of the items you don't have can easily be purchased at a craft store or a cake supply store.
Next we'll start putting your All occasion cake together.
