Sandy Maurer

Sandy has a BS in Meteorology from Penn State University.

After graduation she worked as a cartographer and photogrammetrist in Washington DC and then transferred to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.

Sandy recently retired from Federal Service, the last 26 years as a meteorologist with the National Weather Service at Cleveland Hopkins.

Sandy is a private pilot and even owns her own airplane so weather remains an integral part of her life.
