Prior to founding Chagrin falls-based Beta Strategy Group, Cathy was a lawyer with the firm Thompson Hine. She has spent more than 20 years cultivating a global mergers and acquisitions and venture finance practice.
Cathy spent 15 years in London, where she worked with global enterprises, governments and start-ups to foster and capture the value of strategic innovation. There, she consulted with the Office of the Prime Minister on e-government and with the Northern Ireland government to help determine ways in which technology development could drive economic outcomes for Britain.
Cathy returned recently to her native United States to practice laws and consult with technology-driven enterprises. She founded Cleveland's RedRoom Revolution; the investment company Panzica Investments and established the Beta Technology Park in Mayfield, Ohio.
Cathy is also an ordained Episcopal Minister.
Through her work with Euphonyx, a communications and computer infrastructure company she envisioned and started with Ted Theofrastous, she created the first connected community in Northern Ohio.
